"At least two chairs who I know and spoke to me directly told me that Bailes told them they should sign or their jobs could be in jeopardy. They both told him to get lost, but were visibly shaken. When I found out, I went around to 5 other chairs and suggested they go home today. Four of them did. This is unacceptable in any workplace."
